Wine Sales Executive/ Manager

Career path: Experience in the wine industry either in retail, as a merchandiser, in a wine focused restaurant or food and beverages industry, but is not always necessary. Naturally, more senior roles require more sales experience and wine knowledge. A likely progression from a sales representative is to the role of Sales Manager.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for direct selling of Wine products in Hong Kong;
  • Sell the company’s portfolio to restaurants, bars, hotels, social clubs and other wine retail stores
  • Participating at events and trade shows, often on evenings and weekends, are key responsibilities
  • Maintain close relations with existing customers and develop new customers;
  • Achieve monthly sales target;
  • Follow orders, before and after sales customer service;
  • Managing inventory, analyzing, reporting, presenting and managing a budget


  • A post-secondary education; wine related training like WSET would be an advantage
  • Minimum 2 year of direct sales experience or relevant experience in Wine / F&B industries;
  • Good understanding of wine knowledge;
  • Experience in cold call sales;
  • Aggressive, sincere, self-motivated and outgoing personality preferred;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese;
  • Work individually and be a team player at the same time
  • A positive, confident, self motivated and outgoing personality is THE key qualification
  • Immediate available is preferable.
