Shrimp and Scallops in Wine Sauce

What's better than a hearty homemade shrimp and scallops in white wine sauce after a long day of work? Be good to yourself and make this easy to make 30 minutes meal tonight! Dn't forget to pair up with your favorite white wine!
Ingredients:
2tbsp Olive or vegetable oil
1clove Garlic, finely chopped
2medium Green onions, sliced (2 tbsp)
2medium Carrots, thinly sliced (1 cup)
1tbsp Chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp parsley flakes
1pound Uncooked peeled deveined medium shrimp, thawed if frozen and tails peeled
1pound Sea scallops, cut in half
1/2cup Dry white wine or chicken broth
1tbsp Lemon juice
1/4 - 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
Directions:
- Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic, onions, carrots and parsley in oil about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are crisp-tender.
- 2Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until shrimp are pink and firm and scallops are white.
