Stone Fruit and Raspberry Sangria

A refreshing drink for a hot summer day like this! 

 

Ingredients:

Purée

1                             Apricot

1                             Nectarine

1                             Small peach

2 tbs                       Fresh lemon juice

 

Sangria

2 bottles                 Rosé wine

2 Cups                    St. Germaine or another elderflower liquer

1                              Peach sliced

1                              Nectarine sliced

1                              Plum sliced

1 Cup                     Frozen raspberries

Sparkling water

 

Method: 

1. Crush and purée the purée ingredients.

 

2. Add the remaining ingredients up until the frozen raspberries and sparkling water.  Serve with 1 ice cube, a couple frozen raspberries and a splash of sparkling water. Enjoy!
